Aquilegia vulgaris 'Nora Barlow'

Columbine

Nora Barlow was the granddaughter of Charles Darwin and a distinguished geneticist in her own right. She developed much of her famous grandfathers work in the field of natural selection. This reliable from seed Aquilegia was named for her - quite apt.

Tight little green buttons open into unusual pink and green double flowers.

Lovely in arrangements.
